HSBC

As one of the world's largest financial institutions, HSBC required a total of 32 floors, and 80,000 sqm of office, IT, kitchen and other functional spaces for its Guangzhou headquarters. To acheive this, edg emphasized the importance of proper communication management, as proved effective since nearly 200 construction change orders were submitted. Through strict content tracking and inspection controls, the project was completed on time and to a high standard of quality while achieving LEED Gold certification.
